The Model Is Furnished

Well...I havn't been inside of the model but I could see from the street that they got furniture inside. It looked pretty good from the street level but of course I could not see much!

The Painted Model!

Georgi and I got to walk the model today....it really looks nice. The choices of paint color and wall-paper are unique and not exactly what I would have chose but that's why we are all unique. Regardless, it looks great and I am even more excited to move into ours now!! April 23, 2007, is just right around the corner!! :)

Different Style Fronts

So, the first set of Ryan Townhomes are nearly complete (Amy said they are closing by the end of March 2007). They look magnificent with the all-brick fronts, the shutters, the partial landscaping, and some of the "royal" front door archways. The outside appearance of their homes is definitly a "cut-above" the rest (M/I and Pulte). Check out some if the individual units:

Complete!

Levi says the model is complete! It just needs some landscaping, cleaning, a deck, and some furniture. Jon said furniture should arive around 3/12/07. Amy is biteing her nails to get out of the trailer! And well, I am anxious to see a finished product!
